Mina Design Studio designed the interiors for Planet Play, Malta’s first and only indoor karting and entertainment complex — a dynamic venue combining adventure, dining, and family fun under one roof.

The design merges industrial energy with vibrant modern aesthetics. The Daytona Diner features soft velvet seating, brushed metal finishes, and neon accents that echo the thrill of the racetrack. The Velocity Bar introduces deep blue tones and geometric tilework, creating a sleek social hub that feels both contemporary and inviting.

Every zone within Planet Play, from the kids’ play area to the race track lounge, was conceived to capture a sense of excitement and flow. Lighting plays a key role, guiding guests through immersive environments while maintaining comfort and safety.

This project reflects Mina Design Studio’s multidisciplinary approach to interior design in Malta, blending creativity, branding, and spatial storytelling to deliver a cohesive entertainment experience that appeals to all ages.
